Synergy Medical Group is a primary care practice in Gainesville, FL. We are also home to Alliance Family Physicians, which remains open in Suite C of our building. Alliance patients check in at our Suite B front desk. Our family medicine physicians and nurse practitioners care for patients of all ages: annual wellness exams, same-day sick visits, chronic disease management, women's health, DOT and sports/school physicals, weight management, IV hydration, and minor in-office procedures. We accept most major insurance plans and offer same-day appointments, telehealth, and home visits. Synergy also provides physician rounding to acute care hospitals and post-acute facilities throughout Florida. Located at 817 NW 56th Terrace, Suite B.
